Freddie Samuel Anderson (born 13 October 2006) is an English professional footballer who plays as a defender for EFL Championship club Stoke City. He is the son of Viv Anderson.[2]
Career
[edit]He joined Stoke City in the summer of 2023 having previously been involved in the youth academies at Liverpool and Manchester City.[3] He signed a three-year professional contract with Stoke when he turned 17 years-old in October 2023.[4] He made his professional debut in the EFL Cup against Carlisle United on 13 August 2024.[5][6] He scored Stoke's first goal in a 2–0 victory.[7]
