Jaden Benjamin James Dixon (born 7 May 2007) is an English professional footballer who plays as a defender for EFL Championship club Stoke City. He is an England U17 international.[2]

Club career

Dixon joined Stoke City from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer of 2023.[3] He commented that he was helped by the coaching of Ryan Shawcross.[4] He captained the Stoke U21 side at times during the 2023–24 season.[5] He signed his first professional contract with the club in May 2024, agreeing to a three-year deal.[6]

Dixon made his professional debut in the EFL Cup against Carlisle United on 13 August 2024.[7][8]

International career

Dixon made his international debut for the England U17's in European U17 Championship qualifiers in March 2024 against Northern Ireland U17.[9][10] He was included in the squad for the 2024 UEFA European Under-17 Championship and made his only appearance of the tournament as a substitute in their opening game against France.[11]

On 4 September 2024, Dixon made his England U18 debut against Portugal in Limoges.[12]
