@RowanJ LP: Can I ask where exactly the title "Banned 7" is coming from? It's cited to the Kotaku article, but Kotaku makes no such reference. In general, Wikipedia really prefers to avoid making up names. Additionally, WP:N generally expects sustained coverage. From a Google search, I can find one Reddit post 10 months ago that casually used "banned 7". There are other articles mentioning the banned cards and that there were 7 of them, but this does not really appear to be the WP:COMMONNAME.

Anyway, I've draftified the article. To be clear, it's great that you're working on this! It just needs to be covered in proportion to its WP:DUEWEIGHT, which is as a sentence or two in some other articles, not its own separate article, at least until you can find sustained, major coverage. With the sourcing as it is, this is more a matter for the "Notable Cards" section in the relevant sets, at most. (But... I would recommend a much closer reading... the fact that you thought Pradesh Gypsies refers to Indians is a bit of a warning sign that this may require a deeper reading.) Note also that "banned" has a particular meaning in MTG (specifically, banned and restricted lists). These cards were removed from the game entirely; from the Kotaku ref: "Seven cards will be removed from competitive play and from the game’s official card index", in addition from being banned from tournament play.
