In 2006, YTO Express established an overseas operations division and launched an international parcel service, and established a subsidiary in Hong Kong in October 2010. In May 2017, YTO Express acquired Hong Kong's publicly traded On Time Group, from which it formed the global logistics platform YTO Express International Holdings. In September 2017, YTO Express invested in the Yiwu-Xinjiang-Europe railway route. In July 2020, Wiseway became a shareholder of YTO Express Australia, and YTO Express signed an agreement to develop a cargo airport in Jiaxing.[6]
In September 2020, YTO International launched the Hangzhou — Tokyo air cargo route.[6]
