Tin S. Norbøll (b. 1979, formerly known as Tine Stibolt until 2009 and Tine S. Norbøll until June 2024) is a Danish publisher, graphic designer, and toy concept developer, best known for her work on the development of the popular Filly toy franchise. She is the owner and director of MOZZI ApS, a creative media house specializing in translation, editing, and production of children's literature, comics, and adult literature.
Career
Tin began her career as a toy concept developer at Dracco Company Ltd., where she worked from 2002 to 2015. During this period, she played a central role in the development of the Filly toy series, which became an international success featuring collectible figurines, books, and related products. She also contributed to series such as Predators, Luna Magica, Dracco Heads, Toonz, Chaotic, and many others as part of Dracco's Brand & Content department.
In 2009, under her former name Tine Stibolt, Tin was granted a design patent for her work on "Toonz" (US Patent USD639353 S1). This patent was instrumental in showcasing her innovation within the toy industry.[1]
After her time at Dracco, Tin founded MOZZI ApS in 2015. The company focuses on translation and localization of books and comics and also offers graphic design and production services. MOZZI has established itself as a creative and specialized player in the publishing industry, working with both fiction and non-fiction, comics, as well as children's and young adult books.
In 2024, she changed her name from Tine S. Norbøll to Tin S. Norbøll to reflect her personal development and mark a new phase in both her private and professional life. The name change symbolizes her focus on promoting diversity and creating a more inclusive workplace and industry.
