The Mummy is an upcoming horror film written and directed by Lee Cronin.
New Line Cinema has scheduled the film's release for April 17, 2026, making this the first Mummy movie not to be distributed by Universal Pictures.
Production
[edit]In June 2024, New Line Cinema dated the untitled Lee Cronin film for April 17, 2026.[1] The following December, The Mummy was revealed to be a film project being written and directed by Lee Cronin. It is produced at Atomic Monster, Blumhouse, and Doppelgängers for New Line Cinema.[2]
