Lee Cronin is an Irish filmmaker.
Career
[edit]He first achieved recognition for his short horror film Ghost Train (2013), which won the Méliès d'Argent and was featured in the 2016 anthology Minutes Past Midnight.[1] Continuing to work in the horror genre, he made his feature directorial debut with The Hole in the Ground (2019).[2][3] In 2023, he wrote and directed Evil Dead Rise, the fifth film of the Evil Dead franchise.[4][5] In June 2024, he signed on to write and direct an untitled horror film for Blumhouse Productions, Atomic Monster, and New Line Cinema.[6]
