Comment: I’m going to reject it because it has been submitted for review multiple times, but the creator isn't addressing the issues and continues to request reviews. This is a waste of others’ time. - Comment: We read that "The initiative was led by Zahid Bhatti". This is sourced to a page of the website of Zahid Bhatti. And although what we see on this page is compatible with a leader status of Zahid Bhatti, it's not something that's stated on the page. So this reference is doubly unsatisfactory. Very possibly he was the leader, and the web page is just exhibiting commendable modesty about his role. Tahaffuz Darsgah is Pakistan's first educational institution specifically designed to cater to the transgender community.[1] Located near Jallo Park in Lahore, Punjab, it was established in 2024 as part of a broader initiative to provide inclusive education and vocational training to transgender individuals.[2] It was founded through a partnership between the UK Curriculum and Accreditation Body (UKCAB), a registered charity in England & Wales,[3] and the Punjab Police. Tahaffuz Darsgah is a response to the need for specialized educational facilities that address the unique challenges faced by transgender individuals in Pakistan.
History

The initiative was led by Zahid Bhatti,[4] founder of the UK Curriculum and Accreditation Body (UKCAB), which has been instrumental in supporting educational and social projects for marginalized communities since its inception in 2006. Collaborating with the Punjab Police, under the leadership of Inspector General (IG) Punjab Usman Anwar,[5] UKCAB played a pivotal role in bringing this project to life.[6] The institution was established within 18 days. The school was inaugurated by Mohsin Naqvi the Chief Minister of Punjab,[7] symbolizing the government's commitment to supporting vulnerable communities. As the first institution of its kind in Pakistan, Tahaffuz Darsgah has won attention for its role in advocating for the rights and education of transgender individuals.[8][9]
