Raymond Vaughan Smith (1923–2011) He was an Australian botanical taxonomist. He activly contributed[1]
[2] and Grevillea montis-cole in 1983.[3] He first formally described the Grevillea willisii in 1975 in journal Muelleria with Donald McGillivray.[4][5]
