Pepe de Pérez era el dueño del bar tienda Casa de Pérez (La Palma), de Santa Eulalia de Oscos, Asturias, España. Era un personaje muy conocido y muy apreciado en la comarca, donde contaba con gran influencia. Falleció el 4 de octubre de 2021.^[1]
