Mr. Wavvy (born Max Tenenbaum, September 7, 1996) is a Canadian music critic and writer. He has written for Cult MTL since 2016 and is responsible for their basketball column, "MTL Courtside."[2]

Mr. Wavvy began his career in 2013, via video interviews on YouTube. During his early years, he interviewed the likes of Mac Miller, Charli XCX, Travis Barker and G-Eazy[3]. Mr. Wavvy's interviews have been covered by publications such as Billboardref name="Billboard"|Retrieved September 6, 2024[4], Consequence[5] and international editions of Rolling Stone[6]. In addition to his staff writing position at Cult MTL, Mr. Wavvy has also written for Okayplayer[7], Red Bull Music[8] and Gigwise[9]
