Kaiyun established in 2014 and located in Beijing, is primarily engaged in the automotive manufacturing industry. The registered capital of the company is 77.487028 million RMB, with paid-up capital of 18.358903 million RMB.[1] In 2021, the company successfully completed a strategic financing round with a transaction amount of 50 million USD.The company is driven by intellectual property, invested by the core founding team of Xiaomi and operated by the backbone team of Huawei.[1]

David Tang, CVO
[edit]Founder of Apple's China subsidiary, served as the Corporate Vice President of Nokia. Later served as Corporate Senior VP of AMD & President of Greater China, core executives of 3COM, DEC, AST, independent director and chairman of ESG Committee of Kingsoft, independent directors of Standard Chartered Bank and YY Inc., and as a member of its ESG Committee now.[4]
Yi Liu, CCO
