Hardwari Lal Satwal was born on 06 October 1932 in Dichaon Kalan village near of NAJAFGARH in NEW DELHI - 110043 . His mother's name was Kisni Devi and father's name was Bhoja Ram .He received education up to graduation and gained popularity in his village and political circles too.
He also received 75 times awards in our life . He is regarded as one of the most successful and influential person in our village and fighting the election 1967 but lost by 250 votes .
In 2023, He was hospitalised with reported lungs infectioned and Kidney diesese and He died on 08-01-2023 fighting for life between life and death in the hospital for 10-15 days.

देश की जानी मानी,प्रसिद्ध और प्रभावशाली पंचायत "बरवाला पंचायत-360" की ओर से आज दिल्ली के जाने-माने समाजसेवी 90 वर्षीय स्व. श्री हरद्वारी लाल जी को उनके मूल गांव दिचाऊं कलां (दिल्ली) में जाकर श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की गई.
"बरवाला पंचायत-360" के संस्थापक एंड सुप्रीमो श्री एनपीपीएस रामकिशन पूनिया (गांव बरवाला, दिल्ली- ) ने बताया कि बरवाला पंचायत 360 की ओर से पंचायत के अध्यक्ष श्री जगपाल सिंह तंवर (गांव ईशापुर,नई दिल्ली- ) के नेतृत्व में एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल स्व. श्री हरद्वारी लाल जी को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करने हेतु पहुंचा. प्रतिनिधिमंडल में बरवाला पंचायत 360 की जिला गुड़गांव शाखा के अध्यक्ष सूबेदार ओम कंवर निभोरिया,नजफगढ़ विधानसभा के अध्यक्ष श्री रामऔतार निंभल,श्री सुरेश कुमार, प्रदीप कुमार आदि थे.
बरवाला पंचायत 360 की ओर से अध्यक्ष श्री जगपाल सिंह तंवर ने श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करते हुए कहा कि स्व.श्री हरद्वारी लाल जी ने बहुत कम उम्र में ही समाज सेवा के क्षेत्र में कदम रख लिया था.उनके क्रांतिकारी विचारों,भाषण,फर्राटे दार इंग्लिश और ड्राफ्टिंग का हर कोई दीवाना था. "बरवाला पंचायत-360" के द्वारा आयोजित बड़ी-बड़ी महा पंचायतों में स्व. श्री हरद्वारी लाल जी का भाषण सुनने के लिए लोग दूर-दूर से आते थे.
उनके निधन से बरवाला पंचायत 360 को व्यक्तिगत तौर पर एक बारी क्षति हुई है.

💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐 दिल्ली के दिचाऊं कलां गांव निवासी श्री हरद्वारी लाल ( उम्र लगभग 90 साल या ऊपर) का निधन समाज के लिए एक बहुत बड़ी क्षति है.बरवाला पंचायत 360 के संस्थापक एंड सुप्रीमो श्री एनपीपीएस रामकिशन पूनिया (गांव बरवाला,दिल्ली- ) ने कहा है कि परम आदरणीय श्री हरद्वारी लाल जी (संसद के सामने फोटो में मेरे दांए जो कंधे पर थैला लटकाए हैं और मेरे हाथ में फईल) के निधन से एक युग का अंत हो गया है. उन्होंने कई दशकों तक समाज और जाति-बिरादरी की जो सेवा की है उसे सदियों तक भुलाया नहीं जा सकता. श्री पूनिया जी ने कहा है कि जब जाति प्रमाण पत्र के मामले को लेकर बरवाला पंचायत 360 का जबरदस्त काफिला संसद की ओर बढ़ रहा था तो पार्लियामेंट स्ट्रीट पर जब सम्मानित श्री हरद्वारी लाल जी मेरे साथ चल रहे थे तो उनके जबरदस्त भाषण को सुनकर गगनचुंबी इमारतों से आदमी बाहर निकल आए थे. उनकी भाषण शैली और एक-एक शब्द को सुनकर पुलिस और सीआईडी वालों ने दांतो तले उंगली दबा ली थी.
श्री पूनिया जी ने कहा है कि गांव बरवाला, नरेला, बवाना और अनेक जगह जब पंचायतों में जनसमूह उमड़ रहा था तो श्री हरद्वारी लाल जी के विचारों भाषण देने की कला और अंदाज ने लोगों को तालियों की गड़गड़ाहट के लिए मजबूर कर दिया था.उनकी फर्राटे दार इंग्लिश और लेखन कला के सामने अच्छे-अच्छे नतमस्तक हो जाते थे. माननीय श्री हरद्वारी लाल जी ने जन्म तो भले ही दीचाऊं कलां में लिया था लेकिन हर गांव वासी उन्हें अपना ही मानकर चलता था.
श्री पूनिया जी ने कहा है कि जबरदस्त जेठ की दोपहरी में कंझावला डीसी ऑफिस के सामने उनका भाषण और तन-बदन को झुलसाती गर्मी कार में ना बैठ कर पैदल ही कंझावला चौक की तरफ चल पड़े थे तो वहां उपस्थित हर इंसान का उन्होंने मन मोह लिया था. इस तरह के अनेक किस्से और उदाहरण श्री हरद्वारी लाल जी के विषय में बताए जा सकते हैं जिनको सुनकर आने वाली पीढ़ी शायद ही विश्वास करे |||
Humanitarian and social causes
[edit]Hardwari Lal Satwal has been involved with many social causes. After retirement, he used to spend more and more time in social work. He has got many important works done in his village like park, veterinary hospital, electricity, road. Due to which he had a different identity not only in Dichoun Kalan village but also in the surrounding area. His invaluable contribution to the development of parliamentary democracy in India. They have the enthusiasm and passion of religious people.
Without any discrimination, he used to participate in everyone's happiness and sorrow and because of this he used to get a lot of respect from the village and the society. Now in December 2022, Hardwari Lal Satwal Ji was given the honor of being the eldest and educated after Neelam krishan Pehalwan won the corporation councilor's election.
Last Journey of Life
[edit]Hardwari Lal Satwal Ji breathed his last on dated 8-01-2023. Hardwari Lal Satwal Ji always faced injustice fearlessly and always did good to the country with courage, honesty, knowledge and his invaluable experience. He was one of those great personalities of independent India who changed the condition of Dalit society and gave a new direction.

Higher education
[edit]Hardwari Lal Satwal ji had received higher education in the government school of Kanjhawala. On the strength of his curiosity to understand and learn foreign languages, he achieved mastery in English, as well as was expert in Hindi and Sanskrit. This teenager can play an important role in the freedom of the country and nation building in the future. He lived and worked with Jagjivan (Deputy Prime Minister and Politician). But Jagjivan Ram had to face discrimination on the basis of caste there. Along with Jagjivan of revolutionary nature, Hardwari Lal Satwal Ji protested a lot and he was also successful. Passed in the year 1955-56 with highest marks in graduation from Punjab University.
