Finn Ballard-McBride is an Australian football player currently playing for National League South team Eastbourne Borough. He plays in the Attacking Midfield position.

Early life and career

Finn Ballard-McBride was born in Sydney, Australia on December 17th 1999. From the age of 15, he progressed through his local team's Sydney FC youth system, reaching the U20 and reserve team..[1]Following this, he joined Regionalliga West side FC Kitzbühel, where he helped the team finish second[2]. He then joined the University of California, Santa Barbara 'Gauchos' where we was met with high success. McBride received numerous awards, including Offensive player of the year and lead the league in goals during the 2022 season.[3]

Eastbourne Borough

Finn Ballard-McBride joined Eastbourne Borough FC on the 23rd January 2024[4]. His debut match was a 2-1 home victory against Farnborough FC, where he played the full 90 minutes. Throughout the remainder of the season he played 13 games, and started in 7, establishing himself as a first-team player. On the 27th May 2024, the club announced he had signed a deal for at least the 2024/25 season[5]
