- Comment: Few things here. First, it is fairly evident that there is a COI related to the creation of this draft. Two WP:SPAs working on and submitting with no edits outside this topic is not normal. I would ask that both accounts review WP:COI and WP:PAID and make the appropriate disclosure if applicable. The next is that the previous decline was for this not being cited to reliable sources. However, it was resubmitted not only without reliable sources, but added content that was also not sourced. This is going in the wrong direction. Finally, the draft is written as if it was done by the company itself, another strong sign that a COI exists.
