Draft:Council for a Secure America

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Council for a Secure America [1](CSA) is a non-partisan, non-profit, 501(c)3 organization focused on raising awareness of and strengthening the U.S.-Israel relationship, energy security, and the role that the Abraham Accords play in bolstering America’s national security. CSA conducts briefings, educational programs, and research[2] [3][4]on the benefits of energy security and the reasons it is in the United States’ best interest to maintain a strong alliance with Israel. The group is chaired by founder and chairman of Continental Resources Harold Hamm and its advisory board includes former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and former U.S. Senator Evan Bayh (D-Ind.).

Delegation missions

[edit]

Since its formation, CSA has led delegations from Israel to oil producing regions of the United States, as well as delegations of leaders from America's oil and natural gas industry to Israel and the Abraham Accords countries, to further demonstrate the national security implications of the relationship between the United States and Israel.[5]

Reports

[edit]

Since the October 7th, 2023 Hamas attack on Israel, CSA has compiled and released an open-source report [6]on the Israel-Hamas war.
