- Comment: I just think it is WP:TOOSOON. Out of your sources, the only ones that work are:- sfstandard.- forbes (but see WP:FORBESCON.- commercialobserver (but it's just regurgitating a PR piece). Qcne (talk) 17:39, 26 October 2023 (UTC)
Overview
[edit]Codi is a technology company headquartered in San Francisco, California. Codi operates a marketplace platform that lists commercial properties it renovates and prepares for leasing. It also functions as an office manager that deals with furniture, cleaning services and utilities. Codi’s model relies on revenue sharing with landlords, who benefit from reduced vacancy times and lower expenses for renovations. Rents consist of an all-in price that includes base rent, utilities, office management services and weekly cleaning.[1] It was founded in 2018 by Christelle Rohaut, who grew up in France and earned a Master's degree in city planning at Berkeley.[2]
In 2020, Codi raised a Seed Round from Urban Innovation Fund, NFX, and ANIMO Ventures.[3] In September 2022, Codi disclosed the completion of a Series A funding round, securing a total of $16 million in capital. This fundraising effort was spearheaded by the venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz.[4] In conjunction with this investment, Jeff Jordan, a general partner at Andreessen Horowitz, was appointed to the board of directors at Codi.[5]
