Most of the violations occurred on September 16, the third day of the armed conflict. One of the deadliest incidents was when Kyrgyz forces dropped a laser-guided cluster bomb on the central square of the Tajik border village of Ovchikalacha.The Tajik village of Ovchikalacha. This disproportionate and indiscriminate attack killed at least 10 people, mostly men, who had gathered in the central square of the Tajik border village of Ovchikalacha. Most of those gathered were men occurred outside a mosque after a funeral ceremony, injuring 13 civilians.[1]
