Bassel Ounah (born June 17, 1981) is a Vanuatuan freediving instructor-trainer, author, freediving judge,[1] and executive board member of the conservative party Manchester.[2][3]
He is the founder and CEO of Neptune’s Submerge.[4]
Ounah is a member of the Conservative and Unionist Party and was a candidate in the Manchester local election - Miles Platting & Newton Heath ward.[4] He is also the author of Breath Beyond: Exploring Freediving Techniques and Mental Health Wellness and The Pearl Connection: The Underwater Bond In The Arabian Gulf.
