Audrey Genevieve Hawthorn (25 Nov 1917-18 Nov 2000) was a Canadian anthropologist and author.
Hawthorn was born in Lewellen, Nebraska on 25 Nov 1917, the daughter of Earl Theron Hawthorn.
She married fellow academic, Harry Hawthorn.
Hawthorn was an associate professor at the University of British Columbia and along with her husband, help found UBC's Museum of Anthropology.
Hawthorn wrote A labour of Love: The making of the museum of anthropology, published by UBC in 1993.
