Arif Hussain Theruvath is an ex Muslim activist and the Asia regional director of Atheist Alliance International from Kerala, India. He co-founded the Ex-Muslims Organization of Kerala and Non-Religious Citizens, India. He significantly influenced these movements and created a space for non-believers in the region. In 2019, he was honored with the Freethinker of the Year award by esSense Global in Kerala, India. He also runs an ex Muslim YouTube channel which is having the highest number of subscribers in the world for any ex muslim youtube channel.[1][2][3][4][5]
