Not necessarily congenital?

I noticed today that Category:People with paraplegia is a subcategory of Category:Cerebral palsy and other paralytic syndromes, which is in turn a category of Category:Congenital disorders of nervous system. However, of course not all paraplegics have congenital paraplegia. Am I correct that Wikipedia's category system is thus labelling all of the folks in the paraplegic category as having congenital paraplegia? If so, Category:People with paraplegia should be removed from Category:Cerebral palsy and other paralytic syndromes. Lamacha9617 (talk) 00:00, 3 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
