Articles about concepts and things

At the top of the category page it says:

"This category is not for articles about concepts and things but only for articles about the words themselves. Please keep this category purged of everything that is not actually an article about a word or phrase. See as example Category:English words."

But most of the articles ARE about concepts and things. Which of these two options should be done:

Remove the articles that are about concepts and things, not about words, so that it is like Category:English words.
Replace the note quoted with a different description of what the category is for. Nurg (talk) 23:53, 7 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
