Right now this category seems to be populated by unnotable articles with no reliable sources that are all plot. In this discussion, the episode "Yes, Virginia, There is a Hercules" was found to be not worth its own article. Should we replace all of the individual episode articles in this category with redirects to List of Hercules: The Legendary Journeys episodes, delete them, or keep them? If turned into redirects, the titles at List of Hercules: The Legendary Journeys episodes would need their Wikilinks removed. Crisco 1492 (talk) 08:37, 17 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

I've gone through about ten of them, and they have no citations to reliable sources. While the content is presumably verifiable, this plot only coverage is not really suitable to Wikipedia, and redirecting all to the list would be more appropriate. If any of them turn out to have independent notability, an editor can easily access earlier revisions of the page if she wishes to use them. --Anthem of joy (talk) 15:18, 17 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

If notability is not reached and the articles are full of WP:POV and plot, they should be redirected to the main article, because it is probably a guideline of the specific notability guideline which this article is address with. Also, please keep this discussion divided in subsections to prevent threaded discussion. Eduemoni↑talk↓ 01:47, 25 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I feel that merging/redirecting them into the episode list article is the best option, in keeping with established practice and Wikipedia:Television episodes. Also from a readability perspective, using anchors to redirect to the specific list entry for each episode seems the most reader-friendly approach. As Anthem of joy mentioned, independently notable episodes can be restored easily enough if reliable sources are located. --Muchness (talk) 15:17, 29 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
