Basque anarchists or Anarchists from the Basque country?

I was uncertain what to name it and I can see arguments for both. I just wanted to leave it as an open discussion, since I am not attached to the name. AnarchistHistory (talk) 15:33, 9 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@AnarchistHistory: This is a complicated one as "Basque" and "from the Basque country" aren't necessarily the same thing, and "Basque country" can also be ambiguous because of translations. "Basque country" could reference the autonomous community of the Basque country (Euskadi) or the historical-cultural region of the Basque country (Euskal Herria), the latter of which encompasses both the autonomous communities of Euskadi and Navarre (Hegoalde), as well as the French department (Iparralde). I'd advise you to look over the various categories we already have, i.e. Basque people, People from the Basque Country (autonomous community), etc. Is this category intended to encompass all Basque anarchists, or just anarchists from the autonomous community of Euskadi? --Grnrchst (talk) 16:57, 12 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
