Arandan Rural District (Persian: دهستان آرندان)[3] is in the Central District of Sanandaj County, Kurdistan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Arandan.[5]
Demographics

[edit]At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 4,012 in 946 households.[6] There were 5,125 inhabitants in 1,360 households at the following census of 2011.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 5,458 in 1,604 households. The most populous of its seven villages was Arandan, with 2,106 people.[2]
