Applied Science Private University (ASU) is a private university in Jordan, established in 1989 and officially opened in October 1991. It operates under the Arab International Company for Education and Investment and is recognized as one of the country's pioneering private higher education institutions.

Initially, ASU offered programs in three faculties—Arts and Humanities, Basic Sciences, and Economics—with 14 specializations. Over the years, it has expanded its academic offerings and gained international recognition for the quality of its education and graduates.

ASU is sometimes referred to as the "University of All Arabs", reflecting its diverse student body and regional influence.

-  Deanship of Scientific Research and Graduate Studies: Offers master’s programs and fosters cutting-edge research.

-  Deanship of Student Affairs​: Provides student support services and organizes extracurricular activities.

ASU employs 349 distinguished faculty members from top global universities, contributing to a dynamic learning and research environment.

The university’s modern campus spans 356 dunams, with 152,000 square meters dedicated to academic buildings, featuring:

- Advanced classrooms, laboratories, and training studios.

- A central library with over 132,000 resources in multiple languages.

- On-campus clinic, Ibn Al-Haytham Hospital, and access to additional healthcare facilities.

Student amenities include:

- A mosque, prayer rooms, a branch of the Arab Bank, ATMs, bookstores, and various dining options.
