The 1975 WAAA Championships were the national track and field championships for women in the United Kingdom.[1][2]

The event was held at the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre, London, from 18 to 19 July 1975.[3][4]

The 3,500 metres walk was increased in distance to 5,000 metres.
