Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

Thanks for your reminder, but I only transferred the same picture from Wikipedia Chinese. I have listed the original page (zh:Image:MTR (logo with text).svg in the image description. The same image appeared on the Chinese version of the article as well. Would that also be "non-fair" use? - LR4087 (talk) 14:52, 13 December 2007 (UTC)

Request for help

A Chinese Wikipedia article zh:低地台巴士 stated something like "low-floor bus is a step-entrance bus", but this is different from the definition in article "low floor" and the accuracy of that Chinese Wikipedia article is in doubt. Because you’re an expert in your field and a well integrated member in the Wikipedia community, we would like to invite you to participate in our research project on collaboration activities and mechanisms in Wikipedia.

At the Center for Applied Knowledge and Innovation Management at City University we’re currently doing a research project on Wikipedia, and we are inviting experienced Wikipedians in Hong Kong to share their success stories and views on different aspect of the community processes with us. We would thus like to invite you to an interview at your convenience, preferably within the next two weeks if possible. The interview should not take longer than 30-45 minutes and will be conducted at a place and time of your convenience.

Speedy deletion nomination of File:PICT0070.JPG

A tag has been placed on File:PICT0070.JPG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Asian 10,000 Challenge invite

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! 本人於2006年1月16日 00:22初建立此條目時，查過很多資料，包括1990年代興建機場鐵路時的工程資料，由青衣站至荔景站的一段的確是叫「青荔橋」(Tsing Lai Bridge)，政府公務員事務局的「政府部門常用辭彙」中，也有「青荔橋」(Tsing Lai Bridge)並定為「交通」類 http://www.csb.gov.hk/hkgcsb/glossary/glossary_search_tc.php?search_name1=&search_name2=&catall=&cs=&exact=&and_or=mobvaaxkig&display_order=&page=5362，但User:Lr4087在2017年1月26日 00:29，未經查證，就將將條目「青荔橋」重定名為「藍巴勒海峽橋 (鐵路橋)」，容易做成誤導，故請你將Wikidata #Q07849662的條目由「藍巴勒海峽橋 (鐵路橋)」(Rambler Channel Bridge (railway bridge)，改回「青荔橋」(Tsing Lai Bridge)。--TYC (talk) 11:10, 26 January 2017 (UTC)
