Yip Ka Yu (Chinese: 葉嘉宇; born 24 December 1996) is a former Hong Kong professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper.

Club career

On 15 July 2018, Yip was announced as a Yuen Long player.[1]

On 2 July 2020, R&F head coach Yeung Ching Kwong announced that Yip had joined the club.[2] On 14 October 2020, Yip left the club after his club's withdrawal from the HKPL in the new season.

Rape trial

In September 2023, Yip was suspected of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old female student after getting to know her. The case is currently being heard in the High Court, and Yip's guilt or innocence will be determined based on the evidence and the court's judgment.[3]
