Mário Xandó de Oliveira Neto (born 31 July 1961),[1] known as Xandó, is a Brazilian former volleyball player who won a silver medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.[2] Xandó also competed at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow.[2] He won a silver medal at the 1982 FIVB World Championship in Argentina.[2]

Xandó won a silver medal at the 1979 Pan American Games in Caguas, a gold medal at the 1983 Pan American Games in Caracas, and a bronze medal at the 1987 Pan American Games in Indianapolis.[2]
