With You in Spirit (stylized in all lowercase) is the fourth studio album from American rock band Balance and Composure. Their first studio album since reuniting in 2023, it was released on October 4, 2024, through Memory Music. The eight-year gap between it and Light We Made marks the longest gap in the band's studio albums to date. It is also the band's first studio album with drummer Dennis Wilson.

Five singles were released ahead of the album: "Cross to Bear", "Sorrow Machine", "Believe the Hype", "Any Means", and the title track, each with a music video.
