The 1962 Wisconsin gubernatorial election was held on November 6, 1962. Democrat John W. Reynolds won the election with 50.36% of the vote, narrowly defeating Republican Philip Kuehn in the state's closest gubernatorial election since 1940. As of 2024[update], this is the only time Menominee County has voted for the Republican candidate in a gubernatorial election.
