Robert M. Coleman

I created "Category:Signers of the Texas Declaration of Independence" yesterday and populated it with links to the signers when I encountered the Robert M. Coleman page. This looks more like notes in a draft space rather than an article in main space. Most of the content is unusable and I have not yet read sources to determine how much usable content is on this page. Should this page be nominated for deletion or would it make more sense to repair it? The page was created on April 28, 2016 and rated as C-Class (?) on January 29, 2017.
