South Carolina Highways
Hello. WikiProject South Carolina Highways is being considered for demotion to a task force of WP:USRD due to a low level of activity, a high number of articles requiring cleanup or attention, a project page less developed than that of WP:USRD, or another reason as given on WT:USRD/SUB.
To lower the likelihood that the project will be demoted, interested editors can comment at WT:USRD/SUB, become more active in the project, improve existing articles or improve the project page design. The project will be demoted in one week unless the issues at WT:USRD/SUB are addressed. Thanks. --TMF Let's Go Mets - Stats 20:15, 17 March 2007 (UTC)

South Carolina State Parks
I would like some people to help me in writing an article for each South Carolina State Park. I have an infobox made and it is on display on the Devils Fork State Park article.

Recent Changes tool
I found that the recent changes tool at the top of the project page didn't work for me, and I'm trying to fix it. I created a list of articles that the tool tracks; I manually added all the "Cities of South Carolina" category articles to it. I don't know if there's an easy way to do this automatically; there's a lot more SC articles to add. Darkspots 00:46, 30 June 2007 (UTC)
- I added "Towns of South Carolina" and the button at the top of the Wikiproject page works fine and shows recent changes in all the Cities and Towns articles. I'll continue and add everything else in Category:South Carolina. Darkspots 01:14, 1 July 2007 (UTC)
- Great! Thanks, Darkspots. MoodyGroove 01:26, 1 July 2007 (UTC)MoodyGroove
Shortcut
While trying to add a shortcut for this WikiProject, I figured out that WikiProject Southern California is using WP:SOCAL and WP:WPSC. I left a message on their WikiProject talk page asking if they're willing to part with WP:WPSC. They probably didn't even think about it (after all, USC stands for University of South Carolina and University of Southern California), but it seems like South Carolina, being a state, should be given priority for the abbreviation SC. No response so far. MoodyGroove 12:49, 30 June 2007 (UTC)MoodyGroove
- Based on this, I tried a couple of other shortcuts that I figured would take me to state project pages: WP:WPAL, WP:WPMA, and WP:WPFL. None go to the state page. So maybe a comment is needed on the WP:STATE page to try and standardize the shortcuts.
- WP:SC is not available either. Some of the state projects have used that short cut format, but it redirects to stub types.
- Anyways, A decent shortcut would be nice for this page. - SCgatorFan 04:08, 1 July 2007 (UTC)
???
Should we create an assesment scale for this project?

South Carolina Portal
Just a quick note to tell everyone that I've just created a portal for South Carolina. I would love to have any members of this group join and help improve/maintain the portal. Thanks Rocketmaniac (talk) 12:19, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
