An IP pointed out the "interlaced parentheses".

I believe that

would probably be correct, but better by far for someone who can be sure to fix this particular problem.

This is out of my area, but I think the formula might be correct even with the 'interlacing'. The parentheses might be there to indicate that the derivative is applied to the right rather than the left. JRSpriggs (talk) 02:01, 8 October 2015 (UTC)

Glass transition

We seem to need help on exactly what glass transitions are. We need this for the definition of Glass. We have sources that say that anything that has undergone a liquid-to-glass transition is glass. But when we look up Glass transition, it only gives the glass-liquid transition; we need the liquid-glass transition. There are other problems as well.

Is there anyone there who knows more than we do about glass transitions? Or about the definition of glass? Please check Talk:Glass#Lead revisted first; it will give you some idea of the problem. Thank you. --RoyGoldsmith (talk) 18:11, 10 October 2015 (UTC)

If this is on the wrong page, please move it or tell me where to move it. --RoyGoldsmith (talk) 18:11, 10 October 2015 (UTC)

In the first paragraph of glass transition (melting), there is a link to vitrification which is the inverse process (freezing). [Except "melting" and "freezing" maybe applied to crystals rather than glasses.] JRSpriggs (talk) 12:57, 12 October 2015 (UTC)

I seem to have bitten off a bit more than I can chew in creating {{Isaac Newton}}. Are there any experts on the relevant subjects that could help to sensibly organize the template.--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 17:59, 9 October 2015 (UTC)

Is it really appropriate to include articles which are described as "Post-Newtonian" in your template? JRSpriggs (talk) 10:38, 14 October 2015 (UTC)

Help with a draft?

I need someone to help out with the draft Draft:Understanding Einstein's Development of the Riemann-Christoffel Tensor from the Riemann-Christoffel curvature tensor. I admittedly know very little about physics but the article was still written like a personal essay on the topic. I'm not sure if this can be worked into an article or not, but I figured that the user would definitely benefit from one of you guys taking him under your wing as far as this article goes. Misplaced AfC submission

See Johndale C. Solem. It needs copy editing and a move. Best, FoCuS contribs; talk to me! 13:25, 27 October 2015 (UTC)

FoCuSandLeArN, I've moved it back to Draft:Johndale Solem, but it still needs serious work before being acceptable. Not quite TNT, but close. Primefac (talk) 14:44, 27 October 2015 (UTC)
Also of note Johndale Solem already exists. Primefac (talk) 14:49, 27 October 2015 (UTC)
Good find, so we'd need to move that there. Funny how the one in mainspace thinks he's dead. Anyone willing to take this on? FoCuS contribs; talk to me! 15:19, 27 October 2015 (UTC)
