NYTM pump

The next one. This mosaic is very similar to this photo. My questions are: 1. Is this the same mosaic, rescued from the Cortlandt Street (IRT Broadway – Seventh Avenue Line) station and saved at the New York Transit Museum? 2. Is Squire J. Vickers the artist of this mosaic? A few locations

While you're at it, I'm still trying to find a few station locations myself.

• 
  This one looks like it might go to the IND Concourse Line.
• 
  This could be anywhere. The only clue I can think of that might give a location is a sign under the signal.
• 
  And if I haven't asked about it before, this one.

BMT Whitehall St. It's part of the Passages mosaic, which is linked from South Ferry – Whitehall Street (New York City Subway)#External links (image 25732 at that site is this same section of it). Not the same person as our Frank Giorgi article. DMacks (talk) 21:36, 28 November 2014 (UTC)

Station on J train

It was a struggle to get my Google Maps Street View to load, but since those street name signs are for Howard Avenue, that's Gates Avenue (BMT Jamaica Line). ---------User:DanTD (talk) 11:16, 1 November 2014 (UTC)

Interstate 678

That's Alabama Avenue at the beginning of its 2006-2007 renovation. The shot is from East New York Avenue looking east down Fulton. Doug Kerr names his sets after the principal highway he drove on, which in this case was I-678. Pi.1415926535 (talk) 21:15, 8 November 2014 (UTC)

Ramp

Where is this ramp? It's something ADA-accessible on the IND Sixth Avenue Line. Vcohen (talk) 19:07, 28 November 2014 (UTC)

The overhead sign on the (non-ramp) concourse to the right has an arrow pointing to B/D/F/M--yup, IND 6th Ave. Two of the mirrored columns between there and the central ramp each have an image of a sign (in reverse) "34th St". So it's Herald Square. DMacks (talk) 19:23, 28 November 2014 (UTC)

When trying to ID flickr images, always look at the nearby images in the stream. The EXIF data shows that the photographer was in front of GCT less than a minute before the mystery images is taken, so it's definitely at GCT. Very likely one of the entrances from 42nd Street. GCT decoration

What are the names of these decorations above many of the doorways? This one is just to the west side of Junior's in the food court.

Split proposal

Definitely one section should not be getting most the traffic of this page. Our thoughtful friend User:Vcohen kindly made, a few months ago, Commons:Category:Unidentified locations in the New York City Subway and its talk page is empty.
