At Diploma Ministerial n.° 6/2003 you can find a complete list of all Sucos (sth like community) of East Timor in an official document. In German Wikipedia I am using this list for the official spelling. Important, because most places in East Timor have several ways of writing. Further questions best in my German user discussion.
