Hey guys. Since you all were on the list of members @ the project page, I suppose all of you are members of WP:Intros?
If you are so, you should add [[Category:WikiProject Introduction members]] to the bottom of your userpages! (Just to inform you guys)
Cheers, 😃 Target360YT 😃 (Talk) 10:52, 15 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Per Wikipedia:User_pages#Editing_of_other_editors.27_user_and_user_talk_pages we generally do not edit the user pages of other users. It is an individual choice to add WikiProject information. Forcing it upon other users is not good form. I am removing my name from this project to avoid potential further inappropriate actions. SilkTork ✔Tea time 10:06, 17 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I just looked. I put my name on the members list in 2007, and I doubt I did much else. A message on my talkpage that someone is attempting to revive this project and would I be interested is acceptable, but tagging me as an active member is not acceptable. I suggest that User:Target360YT undoes any edits made to user's talkpages, and waits for people to respond to the pings, if they don't respond their names can be safely removed from the list. @SilkTork: Sorry, sir, my bad... Haven't been on Wikipedia for too long, you see. Forgive me please, and Happy Editing! 😃 Target360YT 😃 (talk · contribs) 12:20, 17 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

A new newsletter directory is out!

[edit]

A new Newsletter directory has been created to replace the old, out-of-date one. If your WikiProject and its taskforces have newsletters (even inactive ones), or if you know of a missing newsletter (including from sister projects like WikiSpecies), please include it in the directory! The template can be a bit tricky, so if you need help, just post the newsletter on the template's talk page and someone will add it for you.

At a casual glance, there seems to be no distinction between this project and WP:WikiProject Lead Improvement Team. If the project scopes are distinct, I suggest that you better clarify this, and if they're not, I suggest you merge them into whichever one is more active.
