Proposed merger of two sections

I'm considering merging the "Cars without articles" list into the main "Cars" list, so that the page doesn't need to be updated every time a car article is created - people can see from the red or blue link whether or not the article has been created. And likewise merge the other two sections which are split into "blue links" and "red links", i.e. the "<constructor> Formula One cars" categories and "People / Non-Drivers". As above, people can see from the colour of the link whether or not the article/category exists. If there are no objections, I'll probably do this within the next 24-48 hours.
