If you look at Earth from a cosmic perpective, which any good encyclopedia should, time has to have both relative and absolute aspects. A useful resource for this sub-subtopic is the Geologic time scale. I think it behoves the WikiProject_Ecoregions to look at Pangea and the other Supercontinents from this "God's-eye view" in order to give readers a sense of where these ecoregions, biomes and other land masses came from. That is also important for gaining insight into the process of Ecological succession over the eons. In that context, It's reasonable that m:wikipediatlas may have a 10 or 20 year development timeframe. Quinobi 21:41, 14 Jun 2005 (UTC)
