William Harris, we haven’t discussed this so it may be handy to establish consensus. I have deliberately been retaining links to redirects I have redirected so we can (hopefully) detect any that are boldly recreated and assess them accordingly. Junk articles that are deleted can clearly be removed (I doubt anyone will try to recreate the Teacup Dogs Agility Association) but something like the British Columbian fox may well be recreated. Kind regards, Cavalryman (talk) 09:48, 10 June 2021 (UTC).[reply]
If an article is recreated, badged as WP:DOGS, but not given a quality nor importance rating, I will pick that up on the Wikipedia:WikiProject_Dogs/Assessment - Dogs articles by quality and importance. That is because these will have a rating of ?? Regarding whether to have or not to have a subspecies article, that is the decision of those who have an interest in the species, and not the WP:DOGS watchers. "Red fox" and "Golden jackal" allow the most notable subspecies but not the others, and Wolf allows all of them. (Personally, I found enough - but limited - material on British Columbian fox to meet GNG, but it was the species-group's call.) William Harris (talk)10:01, 10 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
