Adding numeric ref names to sections not touched by a user edit

[edit]

Just noticed this edit in which an editor added a new section about the medieval period to Transgender history, but VE went through the whole article, modifying refs in other sections otherwise untouched by this editor, adding a dozen colon-numeric references for no good reason. This just makes it harder for editors who come after, who now are not sure if that reference is used elsewhere or not, whereas before, when it was unnamed, it was obvious that it was not reused.
