Can we talk in portuguese here? And is this the right place to talk?

First i'm going to say helllo to everyone because I just subscribed as a translator

Anyway, I was thinking we (the translation team) should get some real projects. Like translating the Érico Veríssimo's page, or something important like that. What do you think?hink i'm going to suggest this...

Edit: There's also the Visconde de Mauá's page, he's important to. I t Eusourei 16:15, 19 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi folks,

I've done a bunch of pt → en translations, here: http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/User:Babbage#translations_i.27ve_done , if anyone's interested in taking a look. --babbage 18:36, 1 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Translation needed

[edit]

Varig Flight 254 was suggested to me by suggestbot as needing attention. It is flagges as needing cleanup and having possible original research. I've wikified it more, and converted two of the external links to inline references. The main problem is that all the external links (which show evidence of being useable as inline referecse) are in Portuguese. Would someone who can read Portuguese and has knowledge of civil aviation take a look with a view to finishing this task? If there is a tag to use to show that a Portuguese speaker is requested can it be added to the article? Mjroots (talk) 14:32, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've been trying to work out how to request proofreaders for these, but can't seem to work it out. It would be really great if someone could lend a hand to User:Lecen, a new user who is adding material on Brazilian history. I think Portuguese is his first language and the post-translation cleanup will be much easier for someone who is fluent in Portuguese. Thanks. Itsmejudith (talk) 10:10, 12 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
