Hyperlink to Evidence leads nowhere

The hyperlink stating it's good practice to provide evidence links to the talkpage guidelines but when clicked it leads nowhere. I only started seriously editing at the start of the year and made this account recently so I don't know how this would be fixed/undone so I'm leaving this talk page here so that people who may know how to see this issue and do so.
