Dear WP overlords: do you understand that you are really, really good at making us all feel like we're in a Kafka story? Let's see: an anonymous Wikipedia editor is initiating an administrative procedure against a non-anonymous world-class expert on a matter related to the subject. The mediation will take place publicly on the talk page, judging from other such pages, which alone renders the word "mediation" meaningless. Do you really think that it is fair to a world-class expert to record publicly what should be a private process, whereas the other party is anonymous? It's all stacked against the expert, especially since the mediators, whoever they are, will understand the arguments of only one party, unless they plan to study math for a long time. If anyone cares, I am slightly against the merge, but I do not intend to expand any energy on this matter. The WP editors successfully chased me away a while ago when I tried to help as an expert. I congratulate you on chasing away a Fields prize winner this time around, that's a real accomplishment. Frege (talk) 08:31, 23 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Since I've rejected this request, I'm going to reply to your comments on your user talk page. Regards, TransporterMan (TALK) 17:20, 23 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
