[edit]Thank you for agreeing to mediation and showing trust in me. Agreeing to work towards a solution is a positive step towards resolving the dispute. First, we should choose how we will handle the mediation.
Public mediation

- + Can be used in combination with another venue.
- - Scheduling can be difficult.
- - Sometimes off-the-cuff comments can be a bit harsh.
