Disagreement

I have been involved in two rounds of failed mediation so far. The reason for the failure each time was the disruptive and incivil behaviour of Cebactokpatop, which has included abuse towards the mediator. One of the other parties involved in the dispute has registered a request for comment on Cebactokpatop's conduct, which seems to me the appropriate way forward.
