Cute but I don't concur with your conclusions. It doesn't follow that the person who suggests a large change must be the person who completes all of that change, especially if that wasn't what the person was really proposing in the first place. Your Liang is depicted as lazy, but (assuming that he finished his portion of the wall before giving up) his actions are reasonable.

Also consider that there is no real-life equivalent to the barbarian hordes. Articles under disputes of this kind look no different to readers than otherwise. There is no set of external negative consequences to arguments like these. Darkfrog24 (talk) 12:47, 2 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
