Writing about the 69 destroyed cultural heritage in Gaza

[edit]

At Destruction of cultural heritage during the Israeli invasion of the Gaza Strip#List of sites, we have a table based on a UNESCO list published 5 days ago, showing the 69 main cultural sites destroyed in Gaza. Many do not yet have articles about them.

Please help in creating articles about these destroyed sites.

1938 al-Bassa Massacre

[edit]

I created an article today about the 1938 al-Bassa Massacre and would appreciate if we as contributors could help each other out. The page now has a status of Orphan. Albe another contributor has linked it with the al-Bassa village. There are other potential avenues where this article can be linked with to inform people on this event. The 1936–1939 Arab revolt in Palestine being an example. Where the massacre is mentioned.

I am a relatively a new contributor and for that reason do not have the Extended confirmed protection access. Meaning I sadly for now cant link this myself. If anyone here is able to do so it would be a incredible help ! Thank you in advance Imteghren (talk) 18:47, 5 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Campaignbox for Israeli–Palestinian conflict

[edit]

Do we have a sidebar or campaignbox for this?

Similar to Template:Gaza–Israel conflict (navbox) and Template:Campaignbox Gaza–Israel conflict (campaignbox)? There is the navbox Template:Israeli–Palestinian conflict. Bogazicili (talk) 16:11, 9 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Which mosques are these?

[edit]
Minaret "Nebi Daud" in Jerusalem
Minaret in Gaza

See two 120+ year-old photographs of minarets in Gaza and Jerusalem to the right, from Thiersch's Pharos, Antike, Islam und Occident. Any idea which mosques these are? Onceinawhile (talk) 22:29, 10 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
